Laju8 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Rules
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing use of the laju8 platform for all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services offered.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the laju8 platform in any way, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the laju8 platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and laju8 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to register or use this platform under any circumstances.
2. Account Creation & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on laju8. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. laju8 may request identity verification documents at any time for compliance purposes. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and your account secure. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. laju8 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact customer support immediately.
- One account per individual user only.
- Registration details must be accurate and kept up to date.
- Users are responsible for all activity carried out under their account.
- Never share your password with anyone.
- Report any suspicious activity to laju8 customer support immediately.
3. Platform Usage Rules
All laju8 platform users are required to comply with the usage rules set out below. Any violations may result in action including temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account.
Strictly prohibited actions:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform.
- Committing fraud, manipulating accounts, or engaging in any form of illegal activity on the platform.
- Colluding with other users to exploit the betting system or promotions.
- Using another person's account or registering on behalf of someone else without written authorisation.
- Abusing the bonus or promotions system through dishonest or unintended means.
- Distributing harmful, obscene, or illegal content through the platform's communication channels.
Laju8 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including reporting to the relevant authorities.
4. Payment & Transaction Information (MYR)
All transactions on the laju8 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via payment methods currently supported by the platform, including local bank transfers, FPX, and approved digital wallets.
Deposit Conditions
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to thresholds set by the platform and may vary depending on the chosen payment method. All deposits must be made from a legitimate source and in the name of the registered user. laju8 does not accept third-party deposits.
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals are processed only to the bank account or digital wallet registered under the same user's name. Daily withdrawal limits and processing times vary depending on account tier and chosen method. Requests exceeding set limits may require additional processing time or further verification. laju8 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals where suspicious activity is under investigation.
Bonuses and promotional credits may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Please refer to the relevant promotion terms for full details.
5. Liability Limits, Accounts & Intellectual Property
Liability Limits
Laju8 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of betting activity on the platform. Betting carries financial risk that users must fully understand and accept. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, and laju8 makes no guarantees regarding profits or outcomes from its use.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Laju8 reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any user who violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or fails to comply with identity verification requests. Accounts closed due to a terms violation are not eligible for a refund of any outstanding balance or pending bonuses. Users wishing to close their account voluntarily may contact customer support to process the request.
Intellectual Property
All content on the laju8 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the property of laju8 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any such content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links
The laju8 platform may contain links to third-party websites for reference purposes only. laju8 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Laju8 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.
Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and close your account.
These terms and conditions are governed by applicable law, and any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be resolved through channels designated by laju8. Users agree to comply with all relevant local laws and regulations when using this platform.
